When I heard that Guy Tower was interested in making his short term, temporary position on city council in Virginia Beach a permanent one, I thought that was pretty cool. Guy is my neighbor in the north end of Virginia Beach. We both headed to city hall earlier this year in an effort to stop local construction workers from taking every parking space in our Cavalier Shores neighborhood. We were able to get the parking code changed, and now we, and our guests, can park in front of our homes. Guy is running for city councilman and needed an updated headshot for his campaign. I was happy to help. Here is the finished result.
